Bruce Manor Policies
- Room rates displayed do not include HST.
- June through September, a minimum 2 night stay is required. A minimum two day stay is required for all long weekends. Please contact us if requesting single nights during this period. If there is availability, rooms could be granted at the discretion of the host.
- Credit card information is required to make a confirmed booking. Payment is due only upon arrival.
- No cancellation charge if we are able to sell the cancelled rooms for that period. If we are unable to resell the rooms, full payment will be charged for cancellations within the 2 week period prior to scheduled arrival and no shows. No refund for early departures.
- At time of reservation, a breakfast option needs to be selected.
- Check in is between 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM. Check out is 11.00 AM. We are flexible with the checkout time depending on how busy we are. Inquire from host.
